in 2003 by Harry M. Siegel. He
founded this business on the
basic principles of duty, honor,

The corporation has its own
building headquartered in the

Martinsburg, West Virginia. The

Health Information Network (NHIN)
as a subcontractor with the IBM
team where we are providing
architecture, database,
programming and information
security, the VA IT Financial
Controls (OMB 123 Study) where

Thornton, the DOL GWAC and the
VA Federated IT Contract as a
sub to IBM providing ITIL
expertise as well as standard IT
software development and
integration, As a prime
contractor, HMS has been awarded
a five year effort to deliver
the Management Support for IT
Capital Planning Activities for
the Office of Information and
Technology Policy, Portfolio,
Oversight, and Execution Office
of the VA, a two year Data
Center Operations task with the
Department of Homeland Security,
including high end Subject
Matter Experts, SAN Engineers
with EMC qualifications, and a
