Employment Application. To apply for any of the positions below perform the following.
Open the ACT Employment Application with Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader follow the link to Adobe, download the Reader, and install it on your system before continuing. If you do not have a computer or can not load Reader on you system, please call ACT and speak with HR (703-891-4334 x813). They will mail/fax an employment form to you.
Complete the form on your PC, print it to your local printer, review and sign. Please note, if you use Acrobat Reader to complete this form the completed form CAN NOT BE SAVED with the information you've entered. If you close Reader you will lose all of the information entered. Print the document before closing Acrobat Reader.
Make a photo copy of your drivers license (used to verify identity).
Print a current version of your resume.
Fax the signed employment application, the photo copy of your drivers license, and your current resume to ACT HR at 703-564-7617. you may also contact ACT HR at 703-891-4334 x813 to verify that your employment request has been received or to check the status of an employment request.
