BACKGROUND

Founded in 2000, Ace Info Solutions, Inc. (AceInfo) is an established Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Headquartered in Reston, VA, the company has local offices in Rockville, MD; Kearneysville, WV; Kansas City, MO; Fort Collins, CO; New Orleans, LA; and across the Washington, DC metropolitan area. AceInfo has grown into a successful Federal contractor by applying industry best practices and innovative solutions, committing to meet all customer requirements, working in partnership with our customers, and focusing on high quality services and on-time performance. AceInfo is independently appraised company-wide at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 and is International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 20000:2005 certified. We are also an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Authorized Training Associate (ATA).

Our belief that quality service is delivered through standards-driven approaches has resulted in AceInfo being among the 3% of small businesses who are both independently rated at SEI CMMI Level 3, and have attained both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000 registrations. AceInfo uses CMMI, ISO, Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and ITIL processes and methodologies on our IT projects. Our Project Managers are PMI trained and certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs). Most of our PM’s also have ITIL v3 Foundation certification or higher. Our staff participates in training customers and team mates in our CMMI, ITIL, and ISO policies, significantly enhancing project performance.
